Warranty Information
This product is protected by Proactive Medical’s Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the day of delivery:
“Your Proactive Medical sling product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the
lifetime of the original consumer purchaser. Useful life of this product is six months from date of purchase
under normal use, however, heavy use or excessive washing may reduce the useful life of the product. In the
event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the device. This warranty
does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear.”
