Warranty Information
This product is protected by Proactive Medical's limited warranty for a period of 24 months from the day of delivery.
If you have a warranty issue with a product ordered through us please submit your case through our Customer Support Portal for best assistance.
Returns Information
This item falls under our standard return policy which includes:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 business days of delivery.
- This item has a 15% restocking fee.
- Return must be initiated by contacting us. Preferably by submitting a ticket through our Customer Support Portal.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Item must be in new condition and in original packaging.
