How long til I receive a quote?

We strive to provide a quote within 1-2 business days. For especially rare or complex parts, it may take a little longer, but we will keep you updated on our progress. If we are unable to fulfill your request we let you know as soon as possible.

Please provide as much accurate detail as you can about the part and/or equipment, and we will do our best to track it down for you. However with limited information we can not always guarantee a quote.

Serial number locations can be equipment specific. Serial number labels almost always include the brand, model, and serial number altogether on a label. Typically serial numbers are on the framing below or around the seating area, or in battery compartments on electrical equipment. We do have a simple guide for tracking down serial numbers available.

Our specialists have access to a wide network of suppliers. As a new business, we’re constantly adding new vendors to our network to increase our capabilities. If we are unable to source your part, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Your quote will be valid for 30 days. This gives you time to make a decision without feeling pressured. After 30 days the quote expires, however you can submit a new request for an updated quote.
